Overhanging Branches
If the branches of a neighbour’s tree start to grow over to your side, you can cut them back to the boundary point between you and your neighbour’s property, as long as the tree is not under a tree preservation order. If it is, you’ll need to seek further clarification. However, the branches and any fruit on them which you may have cut down on your side still belong to the tree owner so they can ask you to return them.

Can never be too careful in the garden, the simplest of things like a petrol spill filling the lawnmower up can quickly get out of hand and have catastrophic consequences, I take it your insured

It's not as simple as strolling round and inflicting damage. I'd have to scale a large wooden fence, under the cover of darkness, armed with my weapons/poisons of choice.
Think I'll just have a word... Just need to try and steer the conversation to sunshine/sunbathing and make it seem like a casual observation.
